in the convection oven:
Heat the frozen product in a preheated convection oven (200°C/hot air) for approx. 13-15 minutes.
In the oven:
Heat the frozen product in a preheated oven (180°C / fan oven) for approx. 15 minutes.
In the pan:
Fry the frozen product over a medium heat with a little oil for approx. 3 minutes on each side.
