Our farm
For over 30 years, (almost) everything at Pahmeyer has revolved around the potato. In 1994, we specialized our farm, which has been family-owned since 1900, in the cultivation of this versatile tuber.

Long tradition
After expanding the farm in 2002 to include a peeling operation, we finally founded our potato factory in 2008. This laid the foundation for us to put our idea of fresh, ready-to-cook potato products into practice - "From the field to the plate from a single source".
Our philosophy
Our aim is to become more sustainable step by step, taking a holistic approach from the origin in the field to the end customer, taking into account environmental, social and economic factors, in order to secure and further strengthen the independence of the family business in the long term.

Our agriculture
Locally grown potatoes: Around 3/4 of the potatoes (depending on the harvest) that we process in our potato factory come from our own farmland - the rest from hand-picked partners in our neighborhood. This enables us to guarantee the highest quality of our potatoes as well as resource- and climate-friendly production.

The fresh potato pancakes from Pahmeyer taste as delicious as homemade - they turn golden brown and crispy in the pan! And the best thing: I save myself all the work in the kitchen. Simply enjoy, without any effort!
